Because Anything can Happen in About an Hour

Directed by three-time Canadian Comedy Award winner Lisa Merchant, and starring Jan Caruana, Kerry Griffin, Alex Hatz and Rob Baker, About An Hour brings a unique type of improv to Toronto.

About an Hour begins with an audience suggestion, but that’s where it leaves other improv shows behind. For the next 60 minutes the audience is immersed into the lives of four memorable characters whose elaborate relationships reveal the very amusing quirks of human nature.

Much like the hit TV show “24,” About An Hour happens in real time, but the style is more reminiscent of a certain TV show about nothing, concerning itself with the minutiae of everyday life and the idiosyncrasies of everyday people. And also, it’s damn funny.

A NOW Magazine recommended show! Edgier, long form improv for your Saturday late night enjoyment. Language may be used, sacred coys will be eaten. Yeah, that's right, I said 'coys'. It's a typo I didn't feel like fixing. The 'edge' is a subjective place, you jack-hole. TIX: PWYC
